About the opportunity

We are seeking an early childhood teacher who is passionate and motivated about making a positive difference in the lives of children and families accessing our small community based early learning service in Richmond. The role is working within an intergrated kindergarten prgrogram to develop and implement a high quality kindergarten program to a group of up to 22 children aged 3-5 years. A high level of ability to collaborate and work in a team is vital. Provision of high quality programs, and continuous quality improvement are hallmarks of this position.

About you

We are looking for a dedicated person to join our small community based early learning service. An early childhood teaching qualification as approved by ACECQA is essential, with prior experience in an early childhood setting. Delivery of high quality programs, empathy, resilience, good communication, a desire to work in a collaborative team environment and ability to participate in the creation of a positive team culture are a must.
