About the oppurtunity We are currently looking for a certificate 3 qualified Early Childhood Educator who is passionate and motivated about making a positive difference in the lives of children and families accessing Rupert Street Childcare and Kindergarten. The role will be to participate in the planning and implementation of a high quality education and care program to a group of children, a team player and extensive experience in working in large and continuous quality improvement are hallmarks of this position
We are looking for a dedicated person who has aspirations to become a leader within the Rupert Street Early Learning team. You will need to have a Certificate 3 in Children's Services (or equivalent as approved by ACECQA), with extensive prior experience in an early childhood setting, including the desire to fulfil a leadership role. Delivery of high quality programs, empathy, resilience, good communication, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment and ability to support the creation of a positive team culture are a must.
