Ann-Maree has held a number of CEO and senior executive positions in the non-profit sector spanning a broad variety of areas including; education and training; disability; refugees and asylum seekers; health promotion; environment and sustainability; and sports. In addition to executive management roles in the private and public sectors and early careers in nursing and the police force, Ann-Maree has also worked as a consultant in the areas of public relations, events and marketing.
Ann-Maree lectured at university for 10 years after completing a Bachelor of Science, a Graduate Diploma in Nursing and a Masters of Business. Her broad range of expertise led her to serve in a variety of board positions in the community and sports sectors including: Education & Training, Victorian Charities Network, Sports Federation Victoria, Australian Sports Commission, Victorian Consultative Committee on Women, Australian Council of Community Organisations, Australian Youth Council and Rotary
Greg has worked within the Community Services sector for over ten years. He has implemented support programs for family violence, financial inclusion and intensive family support programs and overseen the implementation of large government initiatives.
He also has a wealth of experience developing relationships with congregations and liaison at all levels of government. Greg also holds a Bachelor of Social Work.
Tracey joined Lentara in January 2016 and comes to us with over 25 years’ experience in community services gained across the public, private and not for profit sectors. Tracey has worked across Victoria and the ACT managing a diverse range of programs including mental health, drug and alcohol, disability services, women’s health and volunteers. About 10 years ago she moved into Human Resource management and is passionate about ensuring that recruitment and employment practices are in line with best practice and that the right people are in the right jobs doing the right thing. Tracey’s studies include a post graduate diploma in public service management and a diploma in disability studies and nursing.
Mark joined Lentara in May 2016 with over 18 years as a finance executive gained
with both Public and Private companies in the storage and distribution sector
following initial audit experience with mid tier Chartered Accounting firms. Mark
has extensive experience in reporting and budgeting and with a continuous
improvement focus has achieved significant cost savings in his previous roles.
Mark is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Studies in
Accountancy gained at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
